Our Signature Work - Opera Bracelets
Unlike regular beaded or charm bracelets, Opera Bracelets enable you to celebrate your favorite operas by literally telling the opera’s story from beginning to end using symbolic beads and charms. Each element is specifically selected to represent the important characters, arias and special moments from the opera's libretto. This unique narrative design makes an Opera Bracelet especially meaningful, as the piece:
• vividly evokes an opera that is beloved to you whenever you wear it,
• is a catalyst to physically connect to your memories and experiences of the opera, and
• allows you to relive the opera's story anytime.
Opera Bracelets are also great conversation starters that allow you to express to other people the emotions you feel for that particular opera in a special way. Opera Bracelets are ideal mementos that outwardly show the world your passion for your favorite operas.
There is no other product on the market comparable to what Opera Bracelets uniquely provides to an opera fan!
Our motto says it well, “Remember the Moment”!
Here is an example: The La Boheme Opera Bracelet
"I received the La Boheme Opera Bracelet for Christmas, and I've worn it already 4 times. I love it so much! It's not only pretty and elegant, but it also tells the story of the opera. I have thoroughly enjoyed showing it to people and explaining the meaning of each bead. This is so clever and smart and creative. I'll definitely be buying more! Really just a perfect gift for an opera lover." - Claire

The Carmen Opera Bracelet
Remember the passion, remember the drama!
The passionate love triangle of the wild gypsy woman, the jealous soldier who loses everything to love her and the Toreador that will win her is one of the world's most beloved operas.
A fiery red bead represents passionate, seductive Carmen; a red pressed glass flower is the gypsy charm she employs to entice Jose. A bird charm evokes the “rebellious bird” of the Habanera.
Jose is a gold glass round bead until, in his madness, he is transformed into a crackled glass bead to signify he has quite profoundly and literally cracked.
Toreador Escamillo is symbolized by sparking gold glass faceted bead, chosen for the tradition of calling a toreadors’ suit the suit of lights. A bull charm evokes the famous Toreador Song.
Jose’s final act of madness is indicated by a bead with a red core over laid with cracked red foil to indicate his cracked mental state has led to the final crisis and violence. Red droplets indicate Carmen’s death. A toreador charm symbolizes the victorious Escamillo.
The Magic Flute
Mozart's fairy tale for all ages!
Mozart's story of good and evil, darkness and light, and the trials to enlightenment or reward is one of the world’s favorite operas for all ages: The Magic Flute.
A pyramid charm sets the tale in mythic Egypt; a birdcage charm represents birdman Papageno; a cameo the portrait that entrances Tamino.
Cobalt blue crystals and opalescent stars and moon represent the Queen of the Night, while a smaller pink opalescent bead is her daughter Pamina.
Wise Sarastro is symbolized by a large luminous white cat’s eye and the 3 guiding boys are small sky blue beads.
Various heart beads evoke the power of love that flows through the entire opera.
A long gold bead represents the magic flute, along with a red fiery bead and blue droplet bead it represents Pamina and Tamino’s success in their trials of fire and water.
Tiny bells signify Papageno’s magic bells. And a radiant golden sun symbolizes the triumph of light over darkness.
Violetta Valéry Bracelet
"Inspired by..." Verdi's La Traviata
The Violetta Valéry Bracelet is based on the unforgettable character from La Traviata by Verdi. Consumed by a life of pleasure and reaching the end of her days the beautiful but fragile courtesan opens herself to the possibility of true love and all the joy and pain it entails.
Glass pearls, hearts and flowers reflect Violetta's delicacy, while hints of purple symbolize her name. A camellia charm signifies the flower she gives Alfredo at the beginning of their love affair and a cameo is the portrait that she gives him to remember her by upon her death. A large heart with purple stones represents "love" which is engraved on the back in English, French (the setting of the opera) and Italian (the language of the opera).
In 2018, I created a new line of wearable works of art, Opera Earrings, which are a perfect complement to our Opera Bracelets! The Opera Earrings symbolize specific arias and characters in an opera, similar to our "Inspired by..." line of bracelets. There are 9 of the most popular operas represented the initial collection of Opera Earrings. The earrings are between 2 and 2.5" long and weigh about 1/8 of an ounce.

The Cendrillon Opera Bracelet
I first heard of Opera Bracelets when I was in college studying voice. I’m pretty picky when it comes to what jewelry I purchase; I want what I wear to mean something. So when I discovered Opera Bracelets, I was thrilled! Each piece is so beautifully thought out and crafted. The bracelet itself tells the story and evokes the emotions of the opera it represents, even down to the order and colors of the beads and charms. They fit so well with every outfit I own, whether it be formal or casual.
Opera is such a big part of my life, and it’s amazing to get to combine my passion for opera with my love of jewelry!
